We would like to use photos of your finished models if you would care to share them. We will use your photos on the web site as time and space allows. We don't use the word customers because they have become friends. We offer the same price and service with phone orders. Just give us a call at 573-255-3514. We are usually around from 9 am to 9 pm seven days a week. Occassionally we must back-order and item for you if that happens we will ship the backorder free. We feel the best shipping is FedEx Ground when possible because your item is automatically insured from damage or loss. We offer flat rate shipping to our United States buyers. We ship with FedEx Ground when possible. USPS shipping for US customers will be Priority Mail only. For our international buyers we ship with the USPS. We offer a percentage of total order shipping cost. Internatioanl customers are offered Priority Mail international at a flat rate percentage of 40%. The flat rate may cause an overpayment of the acutal shipping charge when this happens we will refund any overcharge greater than $10.00. If the flat rate causes an underpayment of international shipping we reserve the right to charge acutal shipping. International customers are ask to submit an e-mail address, so we can contact them. If you are interested in a ARF/ARC please read not on opening page of that section. We do not ship orders unless the shipping fee is paid at the time of the order. The only exception is when we offer a special shipping promotion.
